I have been an Executive Coach for twenty years and I am the founder and operator of Distinctions Executive Coaching in the UK, offering coaching services to corporate executives, senior management and leadership teams, and professional individuals working on strategic, leadership, relationship and life challenges and transitions globally.
I also associate to seven global coaching providers globally; alongside running Distinctions Executive Coaching, delivering multinational coaching projects for them.
My approach includes Integral Coaching, Somatic Intelligence, Systemic Constellations for Business, the Enneagram, and human behaviour change creating meaning, ensuring that I remain current in the learning of these disciplines to maintain a depth of knowledge in the coaching I offer.
I have worked in Corporate Banking with Citigroup for ten years, for the most part as a Senior Vice President overseeing multinational clients across industry sectors. I partly managed the multinational business segment for CEEMEA from Brussels and London for some months, covering 16 industries across 38 countries. My previous experience as a Vice President in international banking allows me to understand key issues and challenges in the corporate and banking world and how they relate to a corporate client’s business environment.
I am MCC accredited with the ICF, a Master level coach, and one of approximately 70 MCC coaches in the UK currently.
My coaching approach uses models and tools from the Integral coaching methodology, incorporating practices and self-observations covering the areas of language, body and emotion, specific to the client’s requirements. I use Systemic Constellations in one-to-one coaching, operating from my values of Presence, Awareness, Authenticity, and Purpose.
My core motivation is to help clients identify real meaning and purpose in their roles, given the speed and pressures of their external working environments. I do this by enabling the client to shift their perspective – creating self-awareness through mindfulness, building a resilient, grounded inner self, and helping them develop a new understanding of their patterns. In doing so, I aim to unearth latent potential, and help them learn how they go about using that potential to achieve their desired goals. I also look at how the client represents him/herself, their life, habits, relationships, body awareness, and self-care, as well as the amount of attention and energy that is available for change.

UK International Coach Federation
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Joanna coaches C-Suite leaders globally for various associations across different time zones. She is an integral coach, coaching leaders for sustainable change across the areas of language, body and emotion. Coaching takes place virtually and face to face, typically 6 sessions x 2 hours for sustainable change.
