I am passionate about the importance of psychological wellbeing and helping people to feel good about themselves and in control of their own lives. Psychological wellbeing is just as important as our physical health but is often something that we overlook.
Overcoming the struggles I faced, has enabled me to rediscover joy in my life, increase my energy and embrace life as an adventure. I would love to help you to become the best version of you.

I specialise in helping women who feel controlled by their emotions and are suffering from stress and anxiety as a result of psychological trauma, PTSD, or phobias. I help them to heal traumatic memories or overcome fears and successfully move on their lives.
I am totally committed to supporting you to get the results you want, and I am passionate about what I do. I know that the coaching methods I use will make a significant difference in your life.
I know this because I suffered with PTSD for a significant part of my adult life and did not think it would be possible to be free of it. It occupied my conscious and subconscious thoughts and impacted my emotions and behaviour.
I developed coping mechanisms as a way of trying to gain control, however most of the time it controlled me.
Coaching using NLP tools and techniques enabled me to re-programme and heal the traumatic memories, allowing me to regain my happiness and self-worth, feel in control of my life, and rebuild my life in a way that enabled me to be, do, and have more of what I want.
The majority of the coaching I do is online, and this works really well for my clients, enabling them to remain in the comfort and certainty of their own home.
Coaching sessions are entirely person centred and I offer packages of 4, 6, or 8 coaching sessions to be taken over a fixed period of time. Free access to resources and dedicated email support are also included in the package.
What to expect from the first session
If you feel now is the right time for you to move forward so that you can be, do and have more of want you want in life, then I would like to offer you a complimentary discovery consultation.
During the initial 60-minute online 1:1 session we will:
- Identify the goals you want to achieve in the not-too-distant future
- Understand where you are now in relation to these goals
- Identify the challenges and obstacles in your way
- Define how coaching will enable you to overcome these obstacles and enable you to achieve your goals
If at the end of the session we both feel that coaching is the right option for you, I will spend a few minutes sharing how we can work together to achieve the changes you want to make.

I have been working with individuals to achieve successful, lasting change in their personal, or professional life since 2007 .
I am an INLPTA certified NLP Master Practitioner and Wellbeing Coach.
I am also:
- An ABNLP certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner
- A member of the Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP)
