I am passionate about the importance of psychological wellbeing and helping people to feel good about themselves and in control of their own lives. Psychological wellbeing is just as important as our physical health, but is often something that we overlook.
Overcoming the struggles I faced, has enabled me to rediscover joy in my life, increase my energy and embrace life as an adventure. I would love to help you to become the best version of you.

Suffering from low self-esteem, or a lack self-confidence, can be debilitating and certainly impacts every aspect of daily life. Whilst stress and overwhelm are something we all feel at times, becoming stuck in this state can result in feelings of despair, low energy and a lack of motivation.
Finding a solution will enable you to feel positive, confident, and full of energy, so that you can be, do and have more of what you want in your personal and/or professional life.
What to expect from the first session

During the initial 45-minute online 1:1 session we will:
- Identify the goals you want to achieve in the not-too-distant future
- Understand where you are now in relation to these goals
- Identify the challenges and obstacles in your way
- Define how coaching will enable you to overcome these obstacles and enable you to achieve your goals
If at the end of the session we both feel that coaching is the right option for you, I will spend a few minutes sharing how we can work together to achieve the changes you want to make.

I have coached hundred's of people across the UK to achieve their desired outcomes, as their coach, guide and mentor.
I am an INLPTA certified NLP Master Practitioner and Wellbeing Coach.
I am also:
- An ABNLP certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner
- A member of the Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP)
- An executive contributor for Brainz Magazine

Fees vary based on your coaching requirements. I offer group coaching, fixed 1:1 programmes and tailored 1:1 coaching
Monday to Friday, hours flexible to suit your needs. Saturday morning sessions also available.
