Hello, I’m Jo Rae, and I am passionate about transformational processes. When we understand how our mind works and our subsequent behaviours, we have more agency over future decisions and actions.
Sometimes events in our lives can leave us feeling powerless to see a way out, something that many of us directly experience. But they can also lead to big changes and career decisions, and this is why I’m reaching out to you today.
My Wellbeing Consultancy focuses on whole health and wellbeing through mental fitness and is suitable for both personal development and professional resilience.
I have worked successfully with a wide range of clients including those referred to me by Social Prescribers, people off work with stress, entrepreneurs and NHS staff. I also coach women who are struggling with their hormonal system and those wanting to rebuild self-confidence and esteem having left unhealthy relationships.
Clients come to me with a wide range of issues including anxiety, low mood, and indecision, as well as an inability to assimilate past life events; commonly they also experience accompanying physical symptoms. My multi-disciplinary practice provides a broad range of tools and techniques to engage and work with.
Together, in trust and confidence, we create a safe space to explore sustainable shifts and changes, exchanging or adding habits one at a time in calm and creative sessions, with the aim of reaching a sense of contentment and peace; and ultimately find fulfillment in your day to day life.

Menopause & Menstrual Awareness for private groups or professional Organisations Staff &/or Managers: Tailored and run as separate focussed sessions on Menopause or Menstrual Awareness for Staff or Managers. Participants will be better informed on how women can harness their hormonal cycles in menstruation, perimenopause & menopause, and how workplace attitudes and procedures can support them. By exploring the impact of the female endocrine system on physical, emotional and psychological responses, this course aims to change current attitudes towards this entirely natural process.
