About me

Hello, I’m Jo Rae, and I am passionate about transformational processes. When we understand how our mind works and our subsequent behaviours, we have more agency over future decisions and actions.

Sometimes events in our lives can leave us feeling powerless to see a way out, something that many of us directly experience. But they can also lead to big changes and career decisions, and this is why I’m reaching out to you today.

My Wellbeing Consultancy focuses on whole health and wellbeing through mental fitness and is suitable for both personal development and professional resilience.

I have worked successfully with a wide range of clients including those referred to me by Social Prescribers, people off work with stress, entrepreneurs and NHS staff. I also coach women who are struggling with their hormonal system and those wanting to rebuild self-confidence and esteem having left unhealthy relationships.

Clients come to me with a wide range of issues including anxiety, low mood, and indecision, as well as an inability to assimilate past life events; commonly they also experience accompanying physical symptoms. My multi-disciplinary practice provides a broad range of tools and techniques to engage and work with.

Together, in trust and confidence, we create a safe space to explore sustainable shifts and changes, exchanging or adding habits one at a time in calm and creative sessions, with the aim of reaching a sense of contentment and peace; and ultimately find fulfillment in your day to day life.

Please call, email or message me to discuss how I can work with you.

Client Feedback:

Inspirational - “I’ve found the sessions really useful and very interesting. I feel that you’ve given me so many valuable tools. You have inspired and enthused me, and I feel uplifted already, and when I don’t, I just use one of your techniques and it genuinely helps.”

Absolutely wonderful - I’ve just spoken to Anon who attended your four-week taster sessions at our GP Practice, and she couldn’t speak highly enough of the course and yourself. She said you are “absolutely wonderful” and that “It was the best thing that has ever happened to me.”

Energetic and Empathetic - "You present an amazing feel-good ambiance that’s fabulously energising and reassuring. It’s been beneficial for me to learn about mental health – the connection between my mind, body, self-talk & my spirit and the power of positive affirmation. Thanks to you I’ve learnt some good coping mechanisms and an understanding to allow me to make the changes I need to address my anxiety and depression."

Empowering - “Having experienced a taste of Jo Rae’s individual style on a retreat, I was keen to book onto one of her 1-day workshops. It was a highly informative day. Jo delivers her information in a user-friendly way that everyone can relate to. She is honest, empathetic, lively and fun – nothing shocks her! She made everything understandable and acceptable and left you feeling positive and empowered about this stage in a woman’s life. I would highly recommend her workshops.”
