Jo Lee - Valour Coaching
We are all often aware that there are things we would like to accomplish or behaviour patterns that we would like to change. Perhaps you lack confidence or don't believe in yourself or know that there are thoughts and feelings that are constantly holding you back. The great news is that you don't need to stay in this place!
You are able to change and become more of the person you would like to be, to set goals and achieve them, and the tools and skills to do that are already within you!
This is where I come in as a life coach.
I'm here to ask the right questions and to create a space so that you can discover the answers that are right for you and your journey. Together we will turn your dreams and ideas into realistic goals and then work on achieving those goals.
I'm not going to tell you what to do or how to get to where you want to be because I don't need to! My role is to guide and support you to a place where you find what works for you and to provide an environment of encouragement and accountability so you know that someone is cheering you on and caring about your success.
Think of me as a personal trainer for your life goals! I can give you strategies and insights to help you reach your goals, guide you through the obstacles and challenges that we'll find along the way and you will do the work of moving forward into the life you want to be living.
Here's what some of my clients have said about their coaching experience:
'Jo helped me to apply for a Uni course that I would never have had the confidence to do without her coaching and encouragement. Doing the course has dramatically changed my life for the better. I am a much more confident and contented me. Jo is highly skilled at seeing and calling out the strengths in people. I have known her for many years and have yet to meet someone who has interacted with her and not been positively impacted by her kindness, compassion and the care that she shows towards others. Jo is amazing and will change your life.' - Jenn, Aberdeen
'Jo has been a literal God send to me on more occasions than I can remember. Her ability to offer wisdom, empathy and encouragement have helped me to make significant changes in my life that I don't think I would have had the courage to make otherwise.
She has the ability to help one look at the bigger picture, especially when we are stuck tripping over the minor details. She is one of the kindest, safest people I know and I feel privileged to have had her walk with me through some really significant life events.' - Mary, East Lothian
'When I first met Jo I was struggling. Life has always been complicated but by this time I was feeling overwhelmed both by my past and situation at the time. I couldn't see a way forward. Jo gave me a safe place to be and to start exploring my life. Jo has a way of speaking to my heart that encourages me when things feel hopeless. Jo has strength and integrity beyond measure. If you need someone to stand with you while you take a look at and change your life then - Jo.' - Lynne, East Lothian
'Jo is a really awesome person. She always has the perfect piece of wisdom or the right words just when you need them. And she has a great way of putting things into perspective. Jo is ever ready with the perfect kick up the butt when needed. I'm so thankful that I've had the opportunity to benefit from her skills, knowledge and life experience.' - Ellie, Edinburgh

Sessions are £45 p/hr and I recommend booking a block of six sessions.
Workplace wellness packages are available on request. This package includes individual coaching for employees to help ensure their wellbeing in the workplace. Price dependent on requirements.
Group coaching packages and tailored workshops are also available on request. Prices dependent on requirements.
If you are interested in booking a block of coaching sessions I always recommend that we meet together first for a no obligation chat (either in person or online) to ensure that we will be a good fit for each other.
It is important to find a coach that you feel secure with so that you get the most from your sessions. This initial chat allows you to find out more about coaching, how I work, what you can expect from our time together and helps ensure I am the right coach for you before we begin our work together.
