We live in a complex and complicated world. It can be hard to know which way to turn or which road will get us to where we want to go, particularly when we aren’t very clear where we want to get to! Sometimes even the most straightforward of decisions can cause us to wobble, and when we are thinking about major changes to our lives, our behaviours, our relationships and our work it makes sense to get professional support.
I have a Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and I am a full time life coach and Positive Psychology Practitioner. Positive Psychology is very different to positive thinking, and it provides the psychological evidence base for the techniques and activities I have available to help you.
Coaching isn’t magic, but it is powerful. My philosophy of practice is that you, the client, already have inside you the answers to your problems, even though you might not realise it. My job is to work in partnership with you to find those solutions and create your own path to achieve them. I empower you in a safe, confidential and compassionate way to explore what you want; I challenge you with kindness and support to go deeper, to look harder and to believe in your ability to live the life you want.
I am based in Gwynedd but, as I work mostly online, geographic distance is never an issue. Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long and I am flexible as to which days and times sessions are on, Monday to Saturday 9am-8pm. Most people need four to six sessions, although some need less and some need more. I offer “pay what you can afford” if you can commit to doing the work but can’t afford to pay the full amount, although these are available only to a limited number of clients at a time.
Do please contact me if you would like to find out more.
