About me

I am a supportive but challenging coach. By creating the right environment and through powerful questioning, I support you to do the thinking and processing you need to arrive at the solutions that are right for you. I will help you to hold yourself accountable to make change.

I describe myself as leadership coach, but this doesn't just refer to senior managers in organisations. Leaders can be found in the most unlikely of places. A leader is anyone who wants to challenge, initiate, inspire and create change. This might be in their personal and/or professional life.

I work with a broad range of individuals facing a variety of challenges, and setting different goals. However, I have found I have the most powerful coaching conversations with individuals who are:

  • Highly motivated

  • Looking to make a positive change in their personal or professional life

  • Open and ready to be challenged

  • Prepared to put in the work to see change happen

Examples of the areas my clients have seen great results include:

  • Achieving greater work life balance

  • Changing careers

  • Finding motivation to fulfil long-term dreams

  • Addressing low-confidence in the workplace

  • Becoming more person-centred managers and leaders

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
