About me
I'm Jess Sweet, a dedicated therapeutic coach specializing in empowering neurodiversity, providing health and nutrition guidance, and coaching specifically for neurodivergence, health, and psychedelic preparation and integration. With a deep commitment to support people to people break through stagnancy and self-limiting beliefs, I am here to support your journey towards personal growth and fulfillment.
Leveraging my firsthand experience with neurodiversity and a robust educational background including an MSc in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, and additional counseling and psychotherapy diplomas, I approach mentoring, therapy, and coaching from a comprehensive perspective.
I've also undertaken a 2 year training in psychedelic facilitation and integration through Psychedelic Health Professionals, with whom I have been facilitating retreats in Holland since 2020, and I co-lead a module for PsyEdu on facilitation. I am also a certified Dance the Medicine facilitator, and I integrate somatic practices into my work.
Together, all of these different practices can combine to support transformative change.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been in private practice as a Coach for over a decade have specialised in neurodivergent (AS/ADHD/AuDHD) adults for over 5 years. I have extensive experience working with autistic individuals in my role as Autism Spectrum Mentor at The University of Edinburgh from 2019 to the present.
Previously, I worked at the Center for Alternative and Complementary Therapies in Burbank, California with autistic and epileptic children and their families as an Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach. I am also a certified dance facilitator and use somatic practices in my work, when appropriate.
