Are you looking for a change?

I offer  therapeutic change work and coaching sessions that explore your map of the world and equip you with the behaviours, beliefs and actions you need to achieve your goals.

It's common to experience challenges or problems in life that stop you from feeling or being the happiest version of you. Coaching will provide resources, and make life more enjoyable and easier.

My approach is open, honest and direct and can also be fun.

Make getting the most from life your priority, all you need is the willingness to change.

Change work and therapeutic coaching offers an alternative space for people who want to overcome problems, build skill set or simply alter aspects of their life that are currently unhelpful. Using combined techniques based including NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming, IEMT and OldPain2Go, sessions offer something a bit different to normal talk therapies and coach you to build skills and confidence in the troublesome areas of your life.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have worked within the third sector, mental health services and employment coaching services for over 10 years. My passion lies with enabling people to get the best from life.

NLP - Practitioner (INPLTA)

NLP - Diploma ( INLPTA)

IEMT Advanced Practitioner - Integral Eye Movement Therapy

OldPain2Go (Certified Practitioner. )

I offer sessions using "Steven Blakes OldPain2Go TM Methodology" - turning off old Physical and Emotional Pain. ( Certified Practitioner) -

Many of the approaches I use can be effective with  "zero content" meaning you don't have to spend time re-telling stories of traumatic, unpleasant events if that's not helpful for you... change will happen anyway!

1-2-1 therapeutic sessions usually last for 60-90 minutes

What to expect.

Sessions are usually held at my office, before we meet it is possible for us to have a brief telephone discussion to explore your initial thoughts and the purpose for  you getting in touch.

This discussion can also answer, in brief, any questions you may have regarding the approaches I use.

All clients are asked to complete a short registration prior to their first session, so that we can capture and focus on the problem you want to overcome/change - this means the time spent in the sessions works on reaching change rather than spending lots of time asking about the problem.

Whether you sign up for sessions as you go or invest in one of the change-work packages. The 60-90 minute sessions will work fluidly and creatively with you to help you get to where you want to be in life.

The most important aspect is that you do want to invest in the change and commit to making it happen.
