You have probably found your way to here, looking for someone to help you resolve a problem or issue in your personal or professional life? Being curious about your opportunities is the start of any change journey, so congratulations you are already on your way. The good news in that the answers belong to you, coaching is merely a way to facilitate you to find, reconnect and utilise the resources you need to resolve issues in your life and reach your goals.
You may be struggling with personal or professional challenges and need a space to explore and achieve change in order to improve your health, well-being and life/career goals.
I welcome anyone to access coaching, all I ask is that you have a problem/issue that you are ready and willing to change/overcome.
Therapeutic Coaching works on the basis of offering fast solutions through a range of learning, exploring and goal setting. To get a better understanding of how you are currently doing what you do, feeling what you feel and thinking what you think so you can learn to do things differently, for the better. Our brains our fantastic machines and yet sometimes they learn ways of "being and Doing" that aren’t that helpful to us in the long-run.
We will establish a clear understanding of what you want to change, in order to get you want you want in life.
I work in an open, honest and fun way to ensure you get the change you have come for. This means I am direct in my approach and will help you feel motivated and encouraged to change.
If you currently don’t believe what you want it possible at the moment or feel you don’t deserve it… sessions can help you move to a space of self-acceptance. Possible in the world is possible for everyone it is just a matter of how!
My coaching approach also comes with kindness and respect, acknowledging that taking the step to invest in yourself can be a huge. I recognise that everyone needs a slightly different approach to get what they want from life and this ensures we have a safe and confidential space to explore and resolve "stuff" with ease.
Coaching is excellent if you who feel you don’t want to dredge up lots of detail on traumatic or distressing experiences or are fed up with having to tell your story over and over again. Many of the techniques I use can be effective with “zero content” meaning that we can still work to resolve a problem with minimal verbal detail if that is what you prefer …. change can still happen when you are ready.

I have worked within the third sector, mental health services and employment coaching services for over 10 years. My passion lies in enabling people to get the best from life in quick, easy and effective ways.

I offer sessions using "Steven Blakes OldPain2Go TM Methodology" - turning off old Physical and Emotional Pain. ( Certified Practitioner) - helping you to understand your brain bargaining.
Many of the approaches I use can be effective with "zero content" meaning you don't have to spend time re-telling stories of traumatic, unpleasant events if that's not helpful for you... change will happen anyway!
