I offer personal change and therapeutic coaching to enable you to resolve issues in your life that cause problems and currently hinder you happiness.

Working with both private and corporate clients the journey to change begins here.

Sessions are a safe space to shift and let go of those stuck feelings, thoughts and beliefs and find ways to do things differently for the better and live life with much more ease and happiness. Enhance the way you experience life!

All the resources and techniques explored in the sessions can be taken with you to use and benefit from in your day to day life. Coaching helps you to reach goals and understand how to overcome issues...achieve lasting change.

Whether you want to change something in work or personal life these sessions will be direct and ensure that you change with ease.

We will work collaboratively to identify what the current issues are and how you can get the solutions you are looking for. Exploring the way you are currently thinking, feeling and things you are doing in your life and what needs to change to enable your outcome.

I have worked within the third sector, mental health services and employment coaching services for over 10 years. My passion lies with enabling people to get the best from life in quick, easy and effective ways.

I offer sessions using "Steven Blakes OldPain2Go TM Methodology" - turning off old Physical and Emotional Pain. ( Certified Practitioner) -

Many of the approaches I use can be effective with  "zero content" meaning you don't have to spend time re-telling stories of traumatic, unpleasant events if that's not helpful for you... change will happen anyway!

Personal Change - Therapeutic sessions dealing with anything from physical/emotional pain and trauma to reaching goals and changing habits. Let go of the stuff that stops you being happy or living out the achievements you want from life.

Lets work together to understand who you are and what needs to change to get the goals in your business you deserve. This could be anything from building confidence to pitch or speak in public. Focus on workload, where you currently exert all your energy and if this needs realigning. Dealing with difficult situations and complex relationships in work.  Overcoming Impostor Syndrome and believing and achieving succinctly.

1-2-1 therapeutic sessions usually last for 60-90 minutes

Most clients will have between 1-4 sessions, some prefer to invest in longer term sessions to work through a number of goals and/problems to get the results they want. (Discounts available for block booking).
