About me

Hey! I'm Jeni - I'm the coach you need when you're looking to spark energy and kick-start positive action.

Driving motivation and energy is what I do and people come to me as a coach to help them discover their best, authentic self. We can then explore how to amplify your best self to find the motivation you need to drive the positive action you desire.

I use a combination of positive psychology, narrative & appreciative inquiry and transformational coaching.

I’m not a coach that likes to tie you into long programmes or contracts - the nature of the work I do usually means most people only need 3-6 sessions with me and then some boosters to keep you on-track. With this in mind, I’ve kept my coaching offering very simple.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • MSc International Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP)
  • Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching
  • Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator
  • ICP-ACC Agile Team Coach
  • Accredited Certificate in Group Coaching & Facilitation

Ex Director of Marketing in large scale organisations and running my own marketing & design agency for 12 years.

I also offer corporate training & coaching and often am asked to present at events when needing an energising speaker!

If you're a coach looking to expand your coaching offering to include Positive Psychology tools, I offer both one2one and group training for coaches. Please contact me :)

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Wheelchair user access Unspecified

I have a coaching studio in my back garden, accessed through a standard garden gate, across stepping stones and up onto a decking (less than 1foot high)
