I offer Wellbeing & Personal Coaching and private 1-2-1 Yoga sessions in Hampshire for a truly holistic approach to Wellbeing. I specialise in resilience, stress management and women's health. I have had a life long passion for health and wellbeing and have studied Nutrition to degree level and studied anatomy and physiology extensively. I use my knowledge to give my clients a greater understanding of the physical and emotional effects of stress and how diet, gentle exercise, relaxation techniques, breathing and quality sleep can transform your energy levels and resilience. We explore together your limiting beliefs and help you to identify your personal stress triggers and then give you tools to help you overcome blocks and triggers. I have developed a particular powerful visualisation tool that can help you reframe stress triggers and reduce their impact on your daily life and energy reserves.
I also run resilience workshops for businesses and can offer executive coaching through my sister company www.thethoughtpartners.com. I have an extensive corporate background and founded and ran an e-commerce company so understand first hand the impact that stress and low resilience can have on your health and well-being. As an associate I delivered well-being workshops to 200+ employees at a major global bank across two countries and I regularily coach senior executives and junior female leaders looking to move up the career ladder in one of the big 4 global consultancies.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an ICF Registered & Qualified Personal & Executive Coach, Yoga Alliance Member, trained Therapeutic Massage therapist and Colour Me Beautiful Style & Image Consultant and I have trained in NLP techniques for Weight Management. I have studied Anatomy & Physiology and Nutrition extensively and have had a life long interest in Health and Wellbeing. I trained with Barefoot coaching and I am now studying further for an Msc in Coaching and Mentoring to further my research into resilience and how coaching can increase an individuals stress tolerance.
I take regular coaching supervision and attend regular workshops and training to keep my knowledge up to date.
