I spent years seeing therapists and it did not get me the results I needed.
Hours and hours going over the same old stuff.

What did get me the results and transformed my life was a blend of Mindfulness,  Life Coaching and NLP.

The good news is , working with me , you do not need to wait years for the results!

We only get one chance at this life, so please, do not suffer unnecessarily.

I was fortunate to have a Buddhist group running at my old work back in 2005.
Have been practicing Mindfulness and Meditation on daily basis ever since.  Practice is everything.
