13 years working in adult Mental health.
12 years as a qualified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner
30 years in business management - training in Motivation, Emotional Resilience, including NLP

9 Years as a Health and Well-being Coach

Personal Professional Development, Transactional Analysis
7 years Mindfulness, Health, Wellbeing, Recovery Coaching

Fees

Additional information

£45 per hour with free initial telephone consultation. In the present climate, sessions are through Skype. Consideration given to Face to Face if safe to do so
