I can help with career choices, help you deal with anxiety around change, and become more emotionally resilient to take on new challenges. In an ever-changing world, we need to be flexible, develop new skills and strategies to take charge of our future.

13 years working in adult Mental health.
12 years as a qualified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner
30 years in business management - training in Motivation, Emotional Resilience, including NLP

9 Years as a Health and Well-being Coach

Personal Professional Development, Transactional Analysis
7 years Mindfulness, Health, Wellbeing, Recovery Coaching

£45 per hour with free initial telephone consultation. In the present climate, sessions are through Skype. Consideration given to Face to Face if safe to do so

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
