Hi I am Janet Broughton, The Positive Thinking Coach.

Is your glass half empty, do you feel like you are running on empty, are those negative voices in your head undermining you? Then its time to take action by removing your negative thoughts, beliefs and emotions and replace with the positive thoughts, beliefs and emotions enabling you to live your best life.

My 60 day Positive Thinking Programme removes your negative emotions and empowers you to engage positively and calmly with life enabling you to make informed decisions so that you can live your best life.

I have a background in education - Further and Higher Education, Management and since 2005 I have been a self-employed Coach, Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Trainer.

I passionately believe in the potential in every one of us and the right to live a life that develops and uses that potential. I work with you to remove negative beliefs and emotions, fears and phobias that block personal progress.

Stress can happen to any of us at any time and I help you to overcome both the presenting conditions - anxiety, poor sleep patterns etc, and the causes that create the stressful feelings.

"Janet has been attending my Supervision classes for nearly 7 years and in all that time I can testify that she has contributed excellent ideas and asked pertinent questions in both Practitioners’ and Trainers’ supervision classes, demonstrating her efficiency and integrity as a Trainer.  Janet will not compromise on standards or protocol and is not fearful of addressing areas of concern with her students. " Helena Fone Chair AAMET 2010 - 2015

"I have known Janet Broughton for several years. She has attended my EFT training courses. She has also attained the qualification of AAMET trainer in EFT having reached the standards recognised by the AAMET (Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques) to train others in the approach. In order for her to attain that qualification she demonstrated in front of me and attended as my assistant trainer on two of the courses that I ran on EFT.

As Janet’s tutor and trainer I recognise that she is a very proficient EFT Practitioner and Trainer. I have had many opportunities to see both her training style and her one on one approach using EFT with others. I have found her to be both a very capable practitioner and trainer.
