My coaching sessions give you space in a busy world, to think about what really matters to you, bring clarity to your goals, see new choices and discover new possibilities. I provide coaching to help people navigate through career transitions, work challenges, communicate more clearly, overcome blocks to progress and work towards their purpose. I help my clients build resilience and resourcefulness in the face of challenges.
I first became interested in the power of coaching, when competing at international level in sport, when I coxed a British Ladies Rowing team. With my first degree in law, I have worked in oil, renewable and aerospace sectors, travelling internationally, training and advising at senior executive and board level. I understand that it is behaviours and mind-set that make the difference in high performing individuals and organisations rather than policies and procedures. I have also have established my own business and understand the pressures of work/ life balance.
I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching from Northumbria University and a Certificate in Stress Management and Performance Coaching from the Centre for Coaching in London.
I am a member of the Association for Coaching and subscribe to their Code of Ethics.
