About me

Are you living the life you imagined? One full of purpose and aligned to your values? Are you planning, or working through, any type of change or transition?

I support individuals and organisations to reflect on their strengths, realise their potential, take their brave next step and gain fulfilment.

Making any kind of change can feel like a challenge. Whether the change is small or big, to do with work or home, decisions need to be made about the what, where, how and when, and consideration needs to be given to the impact of change on you, and others close to you.

Sometimes change can feel exciting and at other times it can feel overwhelming. There may be different options to choose from and there may well be some sort of grieving process involved too, especially if you haven’t been the one to instigate the change.

Giving yourself the time and space to gain clarity about your drivers for change, how the change will create meaning for you, and what needs to be in place to enable the change will make the process of transition as smooth as possible.

“Coaching definitely helped me outline what I wanted, how I was going to get there and what my next steps were, and then spurred me into action!”

I have a wealth of experience in supporting people through change. I have supported hundreds of people on a one-to-one basis as a coach, including:

Professional performers who are thinking about transitioning into another career and other creative industry professionals

Those working in the teaching profession give so much of their time nurturing young people, many of whom often feel overwhelmed with the workload.

People who want to make a significant shift in their career or personal life to find a new challenge, a fresh perspective, a new relationship or a different relationship with work.

“You hold the space very well without me feeling judged. Sometimes talking about yourself can be emotional and you give plenty of space for reflection and time to think about things.”

Some people come to me when they are at a point of crisis – something outside of their control might have caused an abrupt change; they might be injured or they might be emotionally exhausted and have had enough of things as they are. Some people come to me with more of a long-term view, wanting to reconnect with their values and think about how they can gently re-purpose their life and explore options over time.

You will know when the time is right for you to benefit from coaching and we will then design our work together.

Other Testimonials

“I was guided into thinking of ways of solving a variety of problems in managing my professional and home life.”

“Very rarely do I give myself time to evaluate where I am heading in my career and build a plan of action that could help in reaching my goals. As a artist I am working alone all the time so do not have reviews offered by most professional companies. Coaching is a fine substitute for this. Coaching is a safe environment to explore openly your thoughts. The action of speaking your thoughts out loud is also really beneficial. I’m sure the action of doing so generates a positive mental attitude going forward…plus it would be nice to think that FATE is listening and the universe will also be helping you meet you goals”.

“You gave ... precious time and head space to ask ourselves the questions that mattered”.

“You were completely attentive ... Much of what we discussed I had been thinking about already as I’m at a point where I feel a shift is needed in my career, but it was quite cathartic to articulate it aloud in a safe space. It really got me thinking about focusing on collaboration with others, and choosing the right kind of collaborations. I would very much recommend a coaching session for anyone working Freelance within the Creative Industries”.
