Working with me could help you to really articulate what it is that you want, what it is that you don’t want and find your own answers to these questions, building excitement and self-confidence. Having worked for over 20 years with people going through transitions, I am skilled at focussing on people's personal development, helping them see things from other perspectives, to think of how they can harness their skills and view challenges from a positive stance. Having the time and space to focus on what makes you ‘tick’ – your values, motivations and priorities – can be exciting and refreshing. I can provide this safe space to explore these, providing non-judgemental listening, asking powerful questions and gently challenging you. You have the answers and it is my job to help you find them.

If you would like to go ahead with coaching, we can arrange how and when to work together - face to face, via phone or via Zoom/Skype, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. I am based in Winchester and the people I have worked with have been of all ages and from a wide variety of sectors.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have completed a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School, and am a member of the Association of Coaching.
