- Hello, I'm Jane, I'm a doctor of Clinical Psychology, an accredited life coach and NLP practitioner. With over 10 years experience as a Clinical Psychologist specialising in young people and adults with depression, anxiety low self esteem, phobias, OCD, relationship difficulties, you name it I've probably seen it! I have lots of expertise and experience in treating these difficulties as well as looking a little deeper into personality traits and attachment style (if you're interested in psychology!). I will help you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and discover and develop your true life goals and make the changes you need to.
- I often work with people who simply feel stuck, need a little helping hand to find their way and achieve progress in one or two sessions. Others come intensively once or twice a week to secure their mood and make confident changes whilst feeling supported. Some people come once every few weeks once they are feeling better to touch base and get help with staying on track. I'm honestly mesmerised by the change individuals achieve through coaching and NLP techniques. You can say goodbye to that horrible anxiety, that horrible self doubt that holds you back and begin to create happiness and fulfillment. I have met so many individuals and colleagues who have used therapy for months and years and found little gain. Coaching has transformed my outlook to help people achieve real change in a relatively shorter period of time. I'm converted and feel passionately that everyone should have the opportunity for this type of mentoring throughout their lives. I often like the analogy that just as we MOT our cars we must look after our minds and bodies too! Sadly the NHS cannot cope with the demand for talking therapies/help, so take the plunge and begin the work together with me instead of waiting and feeling miserable.
