Hi, I'm Jane Kelly and I am a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, an accredited Life Coach and NLP practitioner, and most recently a Grief Recovery Specialist. I help my clients with a bespoke Psychology service to help move forward in significant areas of their lives, including career, mental health, relationships, and personal growth.
I previously worked as a Clinical Psychologist in the NHS delivering assessment and therapy to adults and young people with problems such as depression, anxiety, low self esteem, OCD, phobias, career difficulties and stress, and the impact of mental health on their relationships. I have also worked with young people (18-24) struggling with their life decisions and "finding their feet" in this world, particularly through university. I use my Psychology background to really understand the nature of your difficulties and I use a blend of bespoke techniques and approaches to find the best approach for you.
How can I help you?
Having worked therapeutically for 12 years, I use a blend of therapy techniques based on CBT, psychodynamic understandings and NLP and coaching techniques to suit your needs. Coaching is dynamic and change can begin to occur at the first session! You can say goodbye to that horrible anxiety, that crippling depression and horrible self doubt that holds you back and begin to create joy and fulfilment.
I can help you build your confidence so that it never gets in the way again. Have you always admired people who just seem to "get on" with life but you stay stuck in the shadows? Grief Recovery Coaching
The Grief Recovery Programme is an educational 7 session process to learn about loss, grief and most importantly how to recover from the deep pain you may be feeling. There are more than 40 types of loss we all experience throughout our lives and having gone through the programme myself, I could not believe how it transformed the pain following divorce, bereavement and job loss. It has helped my clients recover from depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship breakdown and "lockdown". This programme is revolutionary, evidence based and without a waiting list. It is never too soon to work on your grief, it will alleviate the deep dark feelings you are experiencing. It will tap into the past and you will make connections with current difficulties. I work online so that you can get immediate help from the comfort of your own home. I offer a free initial consultation to establish the difficulties you would like help with and to give you a sense of working with me.
You do not have to sign up for lots of sessions and you can have a one-off consultation. I want what is best for you and will advise what I think might be most helpful.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

I have experience with CBT, schema focussed therapy and other systemic therapies which help inform my work.
I am a certified grief recovery specialist equipped to deal with loss and bereavement. This is a structured programme of 7 sessions which will teach you the tools to understand your feelings of grief, how society has taught us to deal with grief and I will show you an evidence based strategy to truly move forward from your loss. I have done this programme myself with the wonderful Dulcie James and it transformed my life. So much so I went on to train in it myself! I believe everyone would benefit from the Grief Recovery Programme whatever your loss.
£80 individual session lasting up to 1 HR 30 mins.
£70 for online session lasting up to 1 HR 15 mins.
Monday 9- 9pm Tuesday 9- 7pm, Wednesday daytime. Thursday day time and Friday daytime. Saturday mornings.
