About me

Jane Etty, Mindset and mental health coach

I am a qualified life coach and mental health nurse with over 20 years’ experience, this has involved supporting people from many walks of life to develop positive wellbeing.

My aim is to provide tailored guidance, motivation and support to people who want to make positive changes in their lives. I use self-empowerment tools, goal setting strategies, and many other techniques to help my clients to face challenges and overcome their own personal barriers to achieve happiness.

My approach is to be open, honest using a pinch of good humour and realism. I provide feedback in a considerate way and when needed, a direct manner to encourage discussion and self-awareness. During our sessions I may apply Cognitive Behaviour Principals and set you homework to facilitate your learning.

My qualifications and  experience as a Mental Health nurse has enabled me to develop counselling skills which I will apply in the appropriate situations. A key principal to my approach is that, I believe that you are important, you need to be listened to and your emotions heard.
