About me

I am a qualified coach and NLP practitioner, and have several years experience of coaching individuals to deal with challenging times, cope with and reduce stress, and develop their resilience.

During these current challenging times, even some of the most resilient, calm and capable people have felt adrift, disorientated and un-nerved. Many of the coping mechanisms we usually draw on, either consciously or unconsciously, have not been accessible to us, or maybe just aren't working in the way they used to.

Sometimes, we just want to have a chat with someone that will listen. We want to talk but not be judged, to share problems but not be given solutions that we know won't work for us.

Unusually for a coach, due to our current turbulent times, I am  offering one-off and ad-hoc sessions rather than a course of four or more sessions.

I will give you the space to talk and to be heard in a safe and confidential environment.  I can help you to find a waythrough the next few days, weeks or months, whilst the world around you may feel uncertain and unsettling.

I will also be happy to recommend other coaches if, during our conversation(s), you identify a specific area that you would like to explore with a specialist coach.
