Hello, I'm Jamie Cooke, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) registered with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and with a genuine passion for helping individuals navigate their personal and professional journeys. With a unique background as a Paramedic, educator and business owner, as well as being currently employed within a global medical corporation in Talent & Development, I bring a wealth of experience in high-stress environments, rapid decision-making, and compassionate care to my coaching practice.

My background has taught me the importance of resilience, adaptability, and maintaining a clear mind under pressure. These experiences have profoundly shaped my coaching philosophy, allowing me to provide a grounded, empathetic, and practical approach to my clients.

As a coach, I specialize in both executive and life coaching, dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and enhance their overall well-being. However, here are some examples of 'regular' sessions (sessions are generally between 60-90 mins):

• Personal/Life Coaching -  £50 per session 
• Couples - £60 per session
• Sponsored/Business & Executive coaching - POA 

I understand that not everyone has the funds available to work with a coach, and I am keen to help those who may fall in to this category. If you have the willingness to commit to any changes as part of your coaching journey, I am willing to provide services at a reduced rate, or offer some free sessions.
