Being driven to achieve, having a big focus on ‘success’ and taking pride in constant performance can be great qualities. They’ll likely have got you to where you are now, helped you to progress in many contexts, and got you some great results along the way.
But what do you do when you realise that you’re ‘achieving’ but you’re not actually happy?
Perhaps you’ve noticed that you haven’t got balance in your life, you’re constantly looking for the next thing, your internal dialogue is harsh and critical, you’re feeling anxious and overwhelmed or your physical body is beginning to suffer.
That might be the realisation you need to start to make some shifts in your life - to discover how to re-balance your mind and body, ensuring you can still fulfil your passion and purpose in life, but in a way that holds greater calmness, health, happiness, connection & kindness to yourself.
It certainly was for me - with my own mental/physical health challenges leading me to completely re-discover how I can live my life in a more balanced way and ultimately led to me starting this business with the purpose of transforming your experience of life.
My job is to empower you through this process - working with a combination of interactive Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy and Breath-work tools that will enable you to get back in charge of your thoughts, behaviours and health.
While we'll gain an important understanding of your past when working together, my sessions are primarily future focused - putting all your energy into what you want now and how you're going to get there!

Areas of coaching I deal with
Free initial telephone or online session
I work with clients through a three month coaching programme that will uncover what's holding you back, create a powerful vision for how you want to feel & give you all the tools and support needed to re-shape your brain - creating lasting and transformational change.
I've found that 3 months is the sweet spot for creating success, but I also understand that this is a powerful investment in yourself, so my initial consultation is totally free with no obligation. This makes sure that we're the right fit for each other!
Here's what my programme includes.
8 x one to one sessions
This is where we make the breakthroughs! Each lasts 60 minutes and is on zoom.
8 x breath-work or meditation recordings
To embed the work from our sessions and give you an impactful daily practice.
4 x 30 minute check in calls
For those times when you just need a quick dose of external perspective and support.
Notes and action plan after each session
So you can stay fully present in sessions and have clarity of direction.
