About me

I empower hyper-achievers to overcome anxiety and find balance, using both the power of the mind and the breath.

Being driven to achieve, having a big focus on ‘success’ and taking pride in constant performance can be great qualities. They’ll likely have got you to where you are now, helped you to progress in many contexts, and got you some great results along the way.

But what do you do when you realise that you’re ‘achieving’ but you’re not actually happy?

Perhaps you’ve noticed that you haven’t got balance in your life, you’re constantly looking for the next thing, your internal dialogue is harsh and critical, you’re feeling anxious and overwhelmed or your physical body is beginning to suffer.
That might be the realisation you need to start to make some shifts in your life - to discover how to re-balance your mind and body, ensuring you can still fulfil your passion and purpose in life, but in a way that holds greater calmness, health, happiness, connection & kindness to yourself.

It certainly was for me - with my own mental/physical health challenges leading me to completely re-discover how I can live my life in a more balanced way and ultimately led to me starting this business with the purpose of transforming your experience of life.

My job is to empower you through this process - working with a combination of interactive Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy and Breath-work tools that will enable you to get back in charge of your thoughts, behaviours and health.

While we'll gain an important understanding of your past when working together, my sessions are primarily future focused - putting all your energy into what you want now and how you're going to get there!

I then have three package options available for 121 coaching. If you're not sure what is the right option for you, we can discuss this on our free discovery call. All packages include detailed follow up notes from each session, and a personal action plan.

Mind Boost - 4 sessions over 4-6 weeks - £340 (£85 per session)

Sometimes it's just a quick boost you need to get you back on track and on your way. If you're noticing your mind or health isn't quite where it needs to be, and you want to be proactive to move forward, this is for you.

Together we'll focus on a couple of key change areas and start taking practical action for positive change quickly.

Mind Shift - 8 sessions over 8-12 weeks - £640 (£80 per session)

Often we just instinctively know when we need to make a fundamental shift or change in our life and mental wellbeing, even without knowing exactly what, or how.

This is a deeper dive into breaking the thought, emotional and behavioural patterns that are limiting you - and equipping you with the tools and power to make a fundamental shift in how you're experiencing life.

Mind Switch - 12 sessions over 3-5 months - £900 (£75 per session)

If you know that there are areas of you life that you really need to transform and acknowledge you need structured support and accountability to get you there, this is for you.

We'll uncover and overcome what's holding you back, create a powerful vision for your future and give you a full range of tools that will enable long-lasting and sustainable change.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.
