About me

Whether it is at home or at work the demands of life can often have a way of limiting us. People can feel stuck - parameters have been built and habits learnt.

I work with people who want to break these limitations.

By having the courage to look at ourselves in a new way, and building new skills, I know that we all have the capacity to breakout of the constrictions that life can send our way.

I love seeing my clients return to that exciting place where they can trust in themselves and the skills that they are developing to not only cope with the demands of their lives, but be able to embrace them.

I help people see what they can’t always see for themselves, and take action.

I do this through coaching.

Examples of coaching topics

  • Lack of confidence
  • Managing anxiety
  • Low self esteem
  • Loss of direction
  • New job,..... the list goes on.

Whatever the coaching topic I offer a coaching programme designed specifically for you.

We are all unique – and so I get to know your world, your challenges and your ambitions before designing a coaching programme tailored to your specific needs. Undertaken with support, kindness and commitment these programmes fit into your life, and address your goals.

I support you in developing your own unique skills that can overcome the obstacles that are holding you back.

By addressing what really matters, this coaching can literally change lives.

"Engage with Jamie and he will explore where you can grow, and blossom, regardless of age, status and current standing he will recognise your concerns and ambitions. Through a personalised programme you will see a beneficial development path that encompasses your whole life, taking in career, home and emotional aspects. It’s a process that promises enrichment, wellbeing, balance and ultimately enhanced happiness. Jamie is an impressive listener.. Best of all it is within your power to approach, embark, and embrace! Step on board enjoy the journey."- David - Accountant 2019

"Through better understanding and recognition of myself, Jamie’s coaching has helped me achieve what I would never expect of myself. What I’ve learnt from Jamie has been invaluable and couldn’t thank him enough for his guidance and experience"  Ross - Software Consultant 2018

I started my programme with, if I’m honest, some apprehension. This was soon lifted as I realised how easy Jamie was to discuss my issues with. He gave me realistic targets and skills to help me deal with whatever worries I had that day/week/month. I’m so happy with my progress and even though I finished the programme, I’m happy to say I’m still using these skills today. Jamie is professional, understanding and willing to help guide in whatever way he can, I can’t recommend Jamie enough.” Kim Teacher 2017

Working with Jamie has been an eye opening experience. Through the exercises he gave me, I began to know myself better, in a way I wouldn't have on my own. I began to modify how I approached my professional and personal commitments and relationships in a more constructive way. Most importantly, I changed my view of myself and my control over events in life. He is a great listener, very observant, thoughtful, thorough, and funny. It is an experience I highly recommend." Cris Researcher 2016

How it works

We are all unique – as will be  your coaching. Whether it is in a business or personal context, I get to know you, your challenges and your ambitions before designing a coaching programme tailored to your specific needs, and your personal goals.

Session One- Free, no obligation, introductory session

Session Two- I learn about you and the issues you are coming to me with in much more depth

Session Three- I present you with your individual programme. This includes your aims and some reflections and practices that you can take to help you towards your aim

Session Four- onwards - we reflect on what you have discovered, progress towards your goal and agree further practical actions you can take. We continue to review your programme

Coaching programmes vary between 3 - 6 months, to be decided upon depending on the clients needs.

Each session lasts between an hour and a hour and a half.

Between the sessions you will be given practices to take up which are designed to help develop new awareness around your coaching topic. I then support you in your coaching sessions, helping you put theory into action.

Our sessions will be held at a mutually convenient location for the client and coach. When it is not possible to meet face to face coaching can take place over the phone, or via the internet.

Fees - I try to keep my fees affordable with the fees agreed according to individual circumstances and requirements.
