My mission is to help creative professionals finish their next meaningful project. Now, and into the future.

And to achieve that, I blend coaching with consultancy to help you gain the clarity, take back control, and accelerate action.

I draw from multiple skillsets, as a business owner, and from senior management positions across a 20 year corporate career in IT and cyber security, to positive psychology, NLP, transformational coaching, mindfulness, health and fitness.

There's a 3 phased approach which is designed to meet you wherever you feel stuck right now:

• Momentum Workshop where we spend 2.5 hours (in two parts) in a high-energy 1:1 online workshop to help you kickstart that momentum.
• The 30 Day Accelerator, which takes the Momentum Workshop to the next stage.
• 12-week Pathway 1:1 coaching programme to help you achieve more than you think you could on your own in 3 months.

I work primarily online, but am also looking to include work across the UK in 2025.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and sense of security are imperative when we work together, and especially to ensure psychology safety within our coaching sessions.

This means that:

- I do not use any AI services, such as AI transcribers, during our coaching sessions.
- Video and audio are never recorded, unless explicit prior consent has been formally agreed.
- I always use headphones, so the audio can not be overheard.
- Any session notes I take are anonymised.
- Email communications will use end-to-end encryption, where possible.
- Any paper based session notes are shredded to a minimum of DIN Security Level P-4 (Micro Cut).
- Chat communications outside of our coaching sessions use the secure Signal platform, with automated message deletion enabled.
