I’m Jacqueline and I'm a Life Skills Coach for young people. I coach overwhelmed young people to become calm and self-assured young adults. I have experience working in children’s services, housing organisations, charities and education, with people of all ages, helping them to gain confidence and supporting them in all areas of their lives.
Who I work with
I work with young people (from age 14) and young adults to help them develop the skills and confidence they need to tackle the challenges of life as a young adult today and achieve their goals.
What can I help with?
I can help you to deal with overwhelm, build confidence and learn coping skills to tackle the challenges of life as a young adult. I show you techniques to manage stress and together we get to the bottom of what’s causing the overwhelm. We work on the life skills needed to address the root causes and come up with ways to manage these so that you can move forward and make your way in the adult world of studies, work, relationships and family, with confidence.
Mindfulness Life Coaching brings an additional element as you gain an understanding of your individual response to stressful situations and can develop greater self-awareness. This enables you to manage difficulties in ways that promote your wellbeing and the achievement of your goals.

I have over 13 years’ experience working with children, young people and adults, where I provided advice, support and life skills training.
I initially trained as a teacher before going on to work in children’s services and for housing organisations, building up substantial experience working with children, young people and adults, addressing a wide spectrum of needs and providing support in all areas of life. With my longstanding passion for health and wellbeing, I later decided to train in fitness and health.
After having a life and career changing light bulb moment, I realised that I could use all my experience to work with people in a way that I love, doing what I enjoy most, supporting people to develop skills and to achieve their goals. So, I moved into life coaching to focus on this.

I offer a free exploration session, up to 20 minutes, to find out what you would like from coaching and to answer any questions so that you can decide whether life coaching would be right for you.
Young people’s coaching
£50 per session (45 minutes: 30 minutes face to face and 15 minutes check-in by phone or WhatsApp.)
Block of 4 sessions: £200
Block of 8 sessions: £380
Payable as 8 sessions in advance or 2 blocks of 4 sessions.
£60 for 50 minutes with discounts for block bookings.
A follow-up email or text check-in is included with each session.
Fees for organisations on enquiry.
Block of 6 sessions: £350
Block of 9 sessions: £520
