I’m Jacqueline and I help young people and adults who are going through transitions and have worries about the next stage of their lives. I have experience working in children’s services, housing organisations, charities and education, with people of all ages, to support them to gain confidence and move on successfully to new schools, jobs, housing and family situations.
Who I work with
I work with young people (from age 11) and adults to develop confidence, self-esteem and coping skills. I will listen to you, support you to come up with strategies that will help you to work through your concerns about the changes or other challenges you are facing, and encourage you to take steps to manage these.
What can I help with?
I can help you to move into a new stage of your life and smoothly adjust to any changes. You have the ability to do well in your new environment, but you may be going through a tough time with other things happening in your life or it could be that your fears are getting in the way.
We all sometimes need support to tap into our strengths and encouragement as we take the first steps towards change. I offer life coaching to help you through challenges and to achieve your goals.
Mindfulness Life Coaching brings an additional element as you gain an understanding of your individual response to stressful situations and can develop greater self-awareness. This enables you to manage difficulties in ways that promote your wellbeing and the achievement of your goals.

I have over 13 years’ experience working with children, young people and adults, where I provided support and encouragement for managing transitions and achieving life goals, initially training as a teacher before going on to work in children’s services and for housing organisations. I have had a longstanding personal interest in health and wellbeing and I later went on to train in fitness and health, following which I worked in several health promotion roles. The favourite part of my work is to help people to realise their strengths and make positive changes to improve their lives and wellbeing, so moving into coaching provides me with the opportunity to focus solely on this.
I am particularly interested in coaching young people who may not have ready access to one-to-one personalised support due to caring responsibilities, being in care or facing other challenging life circumstances.

I offer a free exploration session, up to 20 minutes, to find out what you would like from coaching and to answer any questions so that you can decide whether life coaching would be right for you.
My fee is £60 per hour for private clients with discounts for block bookings. A follow-up email or text check-in is included with each session. Fees for organisations on enquiry.
