About me

I am a Life Health and Wellness Coach.  I specialise in helping my clients make meaningful and lasting change to take control of their health and happiness.

I work together with my clients to give them the sometimes longed for behaviour change, giving them freedom and control through the power of 'choice', gifting them the ability to achieve more, in less time and feel fabulous about themselves.

My clients often suffer with:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Sleep problems
  • Weight
  • Negative mindset
  • Lack of energy

Through coaching we find new and sometimes innovative ways to find:

  • Happiness
  • Balance
  • Energy
  • Strength and resilience
  • Lasting change

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Diploma in Personal Development and Life Coaching from the Coaching Academy.

I am also a registered NLP Practitioner.

I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and hold a Level 3 Doctors referral qualification.

Perhaps ironically I have a a BSc and MSc in Energy and Sustainability, but whilst these relate to the built environment - they are relevant to my coaching in that I believe in finding our own awareness of self, within our existing environments to find our natural and therefore sustainable balance.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

Fitness, weight loss, mindset

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
