The first step to coaching is understanding where you are right now; so, no matter what your obstacles, I may be able to help once I gain a true understanding. Let’s see if I fit you as a Coach and you fit me, if it feels right that’s the beginning to the success you want.
Skills and development coaching is aimed at helping individuals to strive for and achieve their personal and professional goals. I have qualifications in Person-Centred and CBT Therapist as well as a life Coach, which enhances my skills and the experience to help you in all manner of things. Together we will look at your preferences, needs, abilities, and individual strengths before coming up with a personalised set of realistic and practical goals and a plan to help you construct a satisfying, meaningful and full life, to help empower you to achieve your highest goals.
Whether you are an alternative family, traditional/nontraditional family or you have no family, it’s not the name that counts, it’s the people in your life. Together we will look at and work on those challenges so that the people in your life will understand you and you understand them. My coaching strategies will help you deal with challenges thrown at you and your structure.
Feel free to contact me to see if I am the right fit for you -
