About me

Coaching is for you if you want to make a positive, sustainable change in your personal or professional life. Coaching is for ordinary, healthy people just like you who might feel a bit stuck, be seeking some clarity about what they want, be looking to make a big change in their lives, perform at the next level, or simply get more out of what they have.

I have spent over 20 years helping people understand what they want and how to get it. In that time I have coached men and women, young and old, home-makers, entrepreneurs, executives, business leaders, creatives, managers, small business owners, start-ups, and professionals as they define and reach their individual personal and professional goals.

My first career was in the film and video industry as an editor, writer, producer and director. Although I loved what I was doing, as time went on I began to see I was most satisfied when I was helping others find their own way to defining and achieving success.

I retrained in psychology and behavioural sciences, working as a performance consultant, and facilitator in both public and private sector organisations. Initially specialising in Organisational Change, and Leadership Development, coaching individuals and groups soon became and remains my main focus and passion.

My private coaching practice covers:

Executive/Work/Business - established executives or rising stars who are looking to up their game, perform at their best, increase their effectiveness, or improve results

Career - young people taking their first steps on their career paths, or more mature individuals wanting to re-map their route to take them in a direction more aligned to their needs and aspirations.

Relationships - personal or professional; people of all ages wanting to be authentic, meet their own needs and grow as they develop healthy positive relationships with those around them

Personal Development - from young adults to folk of any age wanting to gain confidence and become the best they can be as they face the challenges and consider the opportunities presented at every stage of life
