About me
I specialise in individual coaching and my practise is based on cognitive behavioural methods, which I enhance with cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, solution focussed problem solving, stress management techniques, mindfulness and relationship coaching.
My clients include people with confidence and self esteem difficulties, work related problems, personal relationship issues, phobias and substance abuse problems. I am happy to see younger people, from age 14 years upwards.
Each programme is constructed around the individual client's problems and the assessment that I carry out with the client in the first session.
I have over forty years experience of working in healthcare and mental health services; and recently entered into partnership so that, together with my colleague, we can offer clients a comprehensive range of skills and programmes.
