About me

“Helping Stressed Dads Balance Work And Fatherhood"

I help stressed dads to balance work and fatherhood by providing space and time to talk about their pressures. We focus on creating and achieving meaningful personal and family goals and this typically leads to improved well-being, performance, and equality both in the home and at work.

Because your kids are only young once.

I have 10 years’ experience working as a Management Consultant specialising in Operational Change and have worked with major retailers such as Tesco, Sainsbury's and B&Q, and food manufacturers including Uniq, United Biscuits and Samworth Brothers.

I spent seven years combining freelance work with being a primary carer to our children (who are now 10 and 7) including two stints as a “full time” stay at home Dad.

I'm married to Lisa, a London based funds lawyer. I qualified as a coach in March 2017 and outside of work I have umpired at the highest levels of domestic field hockey in England.

I'm a regular contributor to the Workingdads.co.uk and daddilife.com platforms.
