About me

Have you ever felt stuck? You really want to move on to bigger and better things, but for some reason you feel like you’re hitting a wall? Do you ever wonder why you're not moving forward? Do you fall into the “if only..." trap?  Ever felt lost, unfulfilled or lacking in areas of your life? This is not uncommon!

Many people just end up in this place. We resign ourselves to the situations we are in and make the best of them, but there is a nagging voice that reminds us that this is not what we wanted. We ignore this voice, distract ourselves, or tell ourselves we are just not grateful enough. In short, we put on the headphones and turn up the music to ignore our inner voice.

There is a widely held belief that dealing with these difficulties is a lengthy and painful process. Not so!

NLP coaching gives you a range of effective tools, strategies and techniques that can maximise your personal development. Whether it is through business coaching, career coaching or bespoke and individualised sessions, I will help you get to where you want to be!

I have worked with people with a wide range of needs for over 30 years. My nursing career gave me a deep insight into working with people who were stuck emotionally, and wanted to move toward greater freedom and autonomy. As a lecturer, and student supervisor, I have an understanding of the enormous pressures that students experience whilst moving toward their dream career. As a mental health advisor, I currently coach students, helping them to map out their future and remove the blocks that so often prevent them from achieving their potential. in my private practice as coach and mentor, I support people to remove the emotional blocks that prevent them from flourishing and growing into who they were truly meant to be!
