Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working as a coach for a number of years, practicing out of Bagnall Wellness in Chesham (formerly the Bagnall Centre) and I also have a private practice in Cryers Hill, High Wycombe.
I have a diploma in Business and Life Coaching and I am a certified NLP Practitioner and member of the ANLP. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a specialist technique which can provide a means of identifying and breaking down mental barriers and negative patterns of behaviour.
I am also a BANT and CNHC registered nutritional therapist and hold an MSc in personalised nutrition and a BSc (hons) in physiology.

One of my specialist coaching areas is weight loss. Supporting individuals who are wishing to make significant and long term diet and lifestyle changes. As a registered nutritional therapist, I am also able to provide my clients with a personalised diet and lifestyle programme if required, in addition to the on-going coaching support.
