So often you want to make changes to your life - change career, look for a new relationship, go for that promotion, take those evening classes, lose that weight - but a lack of confidence in your abilities, worrying what others might think of you and listening to those nagging voices of self-doubt and self-criticism in your head, stops you taking those risks or going for those opportunities and experiences which may enrich your life. Sometimes making these changes by yourself can seem overwhelming, too challenging and you can't see a way forward to make it happen. Sometimes change can be uncomfortable and scary and it seems easier to stick with what you know, even if it doesn't make you feel good, rather than take that leap of faith and step out into the unknown.

Throughout my career, everything I have done has been people focused and helping them develop their skills. With each new role in management positions and in education, my coaching skills have come to the fore, been used more and more within these roles until I started doing this full-time in 2016.

Discount of 10% when paying in advance and block-booking a further 5 sessions after the initial session.
Coaching is based on your unique needs. However, in order to experience the benefits of coaching and make the positive, lasting changes you desire, I generally recommend 6 sessions.
How did I end up as a life coach?
Put simply, I find people so interesting. Everybody has a unique story and experiences and I find it fascinating to listen to them and discover all about them. My time spent working in different countries enabled me to meet people from widely different backgrounds with different challenges but I still realised I could connect with them all and make a difference; often just by giving them the time to listen to what was important in their lives. My background in training and education has made me realise that I love making a difference, helping the people I work with or my classes believe in themselves and fulfil their potential. Forging relationships with my students was the thing that excited me rather than teaching grammar, particularly the subjunctive case! I juggled my teaching job, my relationship, being a mum and doing my life coaching training and accreditation. It took me a while to take the plunge and set up a business as the uncertainty and anxiety experienced in making such a change was at times overwhelming. For me, the coaching I received as part of my training was the trump card that helped me get perspective, take control and challenge those fears head on. All of these experiences have given me a great foundation for the work I do now.
