With over 20 years of experience as a doctor and a decade as a GP, I have dedicated my career to understanding the complexities of health, wellbeing and personal growth.

My background in the NHS and digital health, combined with my certification in Lifestyle Medicine and professional transformational coaching training, gives me a unique perspective on how mindset, habits and self-awareness shape our lives and how we feel. 

I am passionate about helping people take control of their wellbeing, navigate change and move forward with clarity and confidence.
