About me
I’m a personal and business coach, facilitator, and equine-facilitated learning practitioner – but really, I help people get out of their own way.
My work is about what happens behind the scenes – in the honest, messy, powerful moments when you realise something has to change. Whether you’re leading a team through transition, navigating a personal pivot, or trying to remember what the hell you wanted in the first place, I’m here to walk alongside you while you figure it out.
My Background
Before I began coaching in 2006, I spent years working in large organisations. I know what it’s like to be part of a high-pressure system – the good, the bad, and the quietly soul-sapping. I saw first-hand the damage poor leadership can do: the control, the coercion, the casual bullying dressed up as “tough love.” It taught me a lot about what leadership isn’t – and lit the fire for the work I do now.

Tools I Add into the Mix
As well as being an accredited coach, I’m trained in hypnotherapy, NLP, emotional intelligence and equine-facilitated learning – and I bring all of that into the mix, not as a checklist, but as a toolkit we’ll tailor to you. So, where approriate, I blend coaching, hypnotherapy, NLP and Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) to create experiences that are as personal as they are transformative.
