Using a combination of coaching and mindfulness techniques, I support clients working in busy organisations facing challenges and/or feeling “ stuck” to gain Clarity, have Belief, make Change, achieve Balance and live their Authentic lives.
Coaching with me provides a confidential, non judgemental conversation with a purpose.

Mindful Coaching incorporates mindfulness thinking and practices as appropriate and useful to the client only with their permission.
I also deliver 6 Week Mindfulness courses both within organisations and privately.
Since I made the changes I wanted in my life in 2016, I am now a qualified Mindfulness Coach and Mindfulness in the Workplace trainer.
Prior to that, I was a Senior Finance Leader in a number of Global Corporate Organisations leading large teams of people through significant change and I am also a Chartered Accountant having experience in Professional Practice. I loved the people aspect of my roles and really enjoyed coaching and mentoring my teams seeing them grow and develop.
I have personal experience of working in and managing change in high-pressured corporate environments and understand the pressures especially in times of change.
I have had some fantastic experiences but I didn't feel that I was being my authentic self and after experiencing Coaching and Mindfulness myself, finally found the clarity I needed and made the changes I wanted to live my authentic life. I understand the challenges and am now helping others to live the life they want, finding balance, improving wellbeing and achieving their goals.
On a personal level, I am down to earth, supportive with a sense of fun and live in Sherfield on Loddon, North Hampshire, and Canford Cliffs in Dorset with my husband.
I am a competitive figure skater and love being outdoors especially by the sea and love most forms of exercise especially dance, spin, yoga and of course, meditation practice.

My Mindfulness in the Workplace training course is Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Validated training course and is a spin off from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre at Oxford University.
