Over the course of my six-year stint with chronic illness
and its effect on my emotional health, I explored countless avenues in search of balance and wellbeing. Since getting my health back, I have developed a unique emotional workout programme “Get Unstuck” - drawing from many of these philosophies, techniques, sciences and theories on emotional and physical wellbeing.
I have applied the latest research in positive psychology,
neuroscience and mindfulness to my own life over the past seven years with real results.
And the most exciting thing is that these tools and practices can be learnt by anyone – with lasting, life-changing effects. This programme explores the work of a handpicked selection of practitioners, from the fundamentals of Wim Hof and transformational breath-work, to the behavioural science of Professor BJ Fogg and other pioneers in psychology and neuroscience.
On our coaching journey together,
we’ll take a deeper look at your emotional health and the current challenges arising for you. We all have stories that we tell ourselves, sometimes subconsciously and patterns that hold us back.
So this will be a chance to see things in a way that you haven’t before.
To de-mystify what’s going on.
To interrupt those stories and patterns.
To workout what’s important to you and what isn’t.
And to begin to re-write the stories, so that you can move forward with confidence unhindered by past failures.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am registered with the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and I’m currently training with the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I undertake regular supervision over and above the guidelines set out by the ICF as part of my ongoing professional development.

To create real lasting change, I work with new clients on a weekly basis with a commitment of eight weeks at £45 per session. We can continue the coaching dialogue after the initial 8 week programme either on a weekly or fortnightly basis to suit you.
We can meet in Bristol or if you’re further afield, over skype or phone.
