About me

Hi, I’m Hannah …

Personal wellbeing is my passion. Whether you are looking to build confidence, resilience, take a new step in your career, build your company, develop as a leader etc. I can help you find your way.

I am a woman, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, HR professional, manager, leader, coach and trainee psychotherapist. Growing up I have lived and worked in 11 different countries, more homes than I can remember, had a range of adverse life experiences and experienced what it is to be challenged by my mental health. I entered employment through an apprenticeship and attended university as a mature student. I have learned how to develop a successful career, operating in leadership roles by my 30s and achieving HR chartered Fellow status. As you can see, I know something about walking a different and non traditional path. Whilst these experiences don’t define me, they have contributed to my curiosity, ability to listen with a quality we rarely get to experience in our day to day lives and they allow me to have some appreciation of what your experience, desires and challenges may be. Why is this important? It helps me to support you in finding your way.

Gestalt influences how I work. Gestalt is a German world similar to “wholeness”. In working together we won’t just use your brain, we will consider your whole self (brain, body, environment). When we work with the whole self, there is much more information and support available to us than when we work with our thoughts alone.

I offer individual coaching, group coaching and coaching in organisations. Testimonials available on my website.

If you are interested in knowing more, get in touch. We will arrange time for a call, to discuss what you want to get from coaching and answer any questions you have. From there, if you decide you want to work together we will arrange our first coaching session.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have 17 years experience working in Human Resources, and studied with the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) in the North West of England. I work in a global FTSE 100 company as a Head of HR. My day-to-day role involves working with employees, managers, teams and leaders at all levels of the organisation. I am a qualified Insights Discovery Practitioner which supports me in helping individuals to learn more about themselves and build relationships with others. As a trained facilitator, I love seeing the benefits of bringing a group of individuals together to collaborate, learn and develop together. In 2018, I completed my Coach training with Barefoot Coaching and am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Developing expertise and working with professional competence is important to me. For the last 2 years, I have been studying as a Gestalt Psychotherapist which enhances my coaching practice and ensures I am equipped to support the whole you.

Fees

An individual 60 minute session is £150.

We would typically work together for 6-8 sessions, depending on what you want to focus on.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Wheelchair user access Unspecified

There are no steps to the workroom however, there is a lip in the doorway which would require a ramp to get over. I am happy to discuss arrangements.
