About me

Welcome to Future Footprints Well-being Life Coaching

Are you ready to make positive changes to your life?

I’m an encouraging, warm and understanding Well-being Life Coach & Counsellor.

I have been a qualified Life Coach since 2013 and combine these skills with over 19 years of ‘Listening’  and Counselling training & experience (Samaritans, Victim Support, Pastoral Care, Adoption Coach, Women’s ‘Freedom Course’ and Disability Advocate).

I have worked with a number of clients on a wide variety of topics. These include, seeking direction in life, decision making, gaining confidence/self esteem, managing stress/anxiety/depression/trauma and working through complex relationship issues. I particularly specialise in coping with infertility, the adoption process, parenting and dealing with childhood trauma (I have 16 years experience of adopting 3 children with additional needs). However, I’m confident in all areas of Life Coaching and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.

I’m here to support you on your journey and the steps you need to make to purposefully move forward. So, step forward and make contact....
