About me
I have worked in the wellness industry for 10 years, I am a certified Business & Life Coach with NLP Master practitioner level. I am also a qualified meditation and reiki teacher which all filter into my style of coaching offering a fully holistic approach .
Together with my sister we have a coaching business - Alma Explore - where we offer group coaching and 1-2-1 sessions (and coming soon retreats in France!).
Alma Explore is a safe space for you to dive deeper into your soul*, the place from where your light emanates from, the inner you, your true self.
(*Alma means soul and was our great Grandma's name!)

I offer a 100% happiness guarantee - which in simple terms means you can try out a session and see if you like it, if for any reason, you find our first session not to your liking, we can part ways without any need for explanations or payment.
For my fees, I offer a 'pay what you can' approach to make my services more accessible. I recommend somewhere between £80-£120 for a single session. I've had individuals contribute both below and above this suggested range, the decision is entirely yours.
