Having used integrative coaching to regain my health and recreate my own life I now coach internationally working with clients in locations such as the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the USA.
My work with clients is varied and includes assisting those who suffer from chronic conditions such as anxiety, chronic pain/fatigue and depression to regain their health, through to changing negative recurring life patters and limiting beliefs.
I also work with clients who are in high control cultural and religious environments; increasing their ability to live freely and establish healthy boundaries in relationships.
Client work often moves on to identifying career/ educational goals and then to developing a life full of meaning and purpose.
We work together to transform the areas of their lives that they are currently dissatisfied with increasing their levels of happiness and I can do the same with you.

I have several years of experience and use a blend of coaching techniques to help individuals reach their health and life goals. This involves creating a welcoming space that allows clients to share the challenges they are experiencing. Using tools such as therapeutic dialogue, Solution Focused Coaching, NLP, EFT and Hypnotherapy a way forward is identified.
My unique experience of working with clients in an international context, combined with my experience of working with a variety of modalities, allows me to seamlessly draw upon the tools that will work optimally for you. My current psychotherapeutic training further enhances the coaching experience.
Using these tools great results can be achieved and clients can transform relationships, health and their lives. This leads to increased motivation, energy, confidence and happiness.

My initial individual telephone consultation is free and lasts 30 minutes.
1 hour Session Fees: £50 - £75
Long term work consists of coaching programmes from 3-12 months
