About me

I approach coaching in a holistic way and believe that balance in life is important.

Change or confronting difficult issues can be challenging and scary, but sometimes very necessary! My passionate belief is that everyone should be enabled to live an authentic life and achieve their true potential. I am collaborative in my approach and have life experience and a business track record to add to the mix.

Areas that I provide coaching in are:

  • Holistic life coaching This includes wellbeing, executive coaching and coaching for a specific life event or goal.
  • Sport coaching. Helping you to achieve your full potential in your chosen sport by assisting you with how the mindset that you approach your game with.
  • LGBTQ specific issues.
  • Alcohol related matters, whether it’s a plan to moderate/change your drinking habits or quit completely.

I'm very happy to have an initial discussion free of charge, so drop me a line now and let's arrange a convenient time to have a call. I think it’s important to talk about your goals, ambitions and requirements to ensure that there is a match from both sides. I look forward to hearing from you...

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
