About me

Hi thanks for taking the time to consider my profile. I am a fully qualified personal life coach and have completed a certificate in Counselling.

The role of a coach can be very simple yet quite specific! Often in life we travel journey's on our own or within the company of others. When the windscreen within the car is misted up we are grateful to the one who demists the front, side and back windows.

During the process of coaching we will be looking to identify areas of life where the way forward seems unclear. Through listening, questioning and planning, the journey ahead can be reconfigured so that we may be able to gain a new vision for the way ahead. Different options may be considered that includes further education. We may look for a new job, improve relationships, finances and personal confidence.

You might want to look at my WordPress blogs on my website. They contain various insights into the coaching process and will help you to decide if I am the coach for you.

I have published my first book, Blog 51, which is available online and includes ten themes on various aspects of life that I have covered over six years.

Testimonials from

ID I went to Graham because I was not sure where I was going with my life. I found talking things through with him helped me to put into place somethings which have helped me focus better. Graham is a great patient listener and asks the questions that will help you in a soft kind manner. Sometimes in life we just need to be asked the right question to find the right answer.

KG Graham is a good listener, without judging, reflecting back areas where I can learn to identify problems. I have learned not to be so inward looking but rather to look to others for help, using my own skills to help them where appropriate. I have learned to identify strengths and weaknesses in myself and others to move forward in a positive way.'

SM 'Graham has a quiet demeanor which has helped me to focus on my relationship issues and has enabled me to look forward to a different future to the one I had expected.'

I am based near the center of Urmston close to the rail, road and public transport networks. There is ample street parking and I look forward to hearing from you.
