About us
As someone with a varied career spanning banking, training, third sector, defence & coaching, I have a wealth of experience and depth of understanding around ADHD and Neurodiversity in the workplace and have developed solutions over the years to support myself and others in these careers.
With a background in life coaching and SEN teaching, and first-hand experience in a neurodivergent family created by adoption, I am a Wellbeing Coach and Trainer who specialises in supporting adults with ADHD, parents of children with ADHD and adoptive families as well as running Wellbeing Coaching sessions and Training Courses for companies wanting to enhance their wellbeing culture and improving mental health support for their staff.
I am deeply committed to empowering individuals and families to thrive and would love to hear from you and see how we can work together.
When I'm not coaching or training, I can be found spending time with my Spaniels or even playing with clay.
