Training, qualifications & experience

I trained in coaching at the University of Oxford, and the Centre for Coaching (London).

When I coach you, I help you to overcome your obstacles, achieve your goals and feel better as soon as possible. I use evidence-based interventions, meaning that the techniques you'll discover have been widely researched and have been proven to work effectively.

My extensive experience in coaching, CBT and other interventions allows me to use many different tools and techniques to adapt coaching to your own needs, and to offer a personalised combination of coaching and CBT, if it is appropriate for you.

I have been working in London in private practice for more than four years - working with stress, anxiety, self-confidence and related issues. I also have extensive experience of working in the NHS and private clinics, with a variety of presentations.

I have been a guest lecturer in CBT at Birkbeck University of London.

I am a full member of the Association for Coaching.
I am also a CBT therapist, accredited by the BABCP (provisional).
