About me
Stuck in a rut, not sure how to move forward? I can help! I work with individuals who know they want to be different, but are not sure how to get there. We will discover a bespoke training plan for you to take measurable and achievable steps to being the person you want to be and living an intentional life.
I live in Suffolk but have lived away for 20 years, gaining valuable life and work experience. I have worked in leadership roles for 15 years in a range of industries. I practice what I preach, maintain a healthy life, and keep fit. I believe this to be foundational to my success.
I have always been fascinated by human behaviour and love to use psychology and neuroscience to help my clients understand how to be different.
I work for the NHS coaching and teaching people how to coach. I truly believe in its power and aim to keep my process low to be accessible to those who need support.
