Helping my clients get noticed at work and their career is important to me. In the past I have seen so much talent go unnoticed. Just because they don't "play the game" or they don't have the confidence in what they do. Or they don't promote themselves in the right way.
Having the confidence to put yourself "out there" for some people takes a lot of energy and causes increase in anxiety. Even taking the leap to finish working for the corporate and start up your own business can feel very scary. So if your career is working for an organisation or your career is self employment there are times when you hit a wall or fear kicks in and prevents you from moving forwards.
If your at the point where you have low self esteem, your motivation and self belief are at an all time low. Not believing in you and what your capable of can hold you back from taking the next step. Even being afraid of success can be crippling.

So perhaps you want to feel more confident at work and tired of being on the receiving end of office politics. Maybe you work with challenging personalities and finding it difficult to build positive relationships. Maybe you find it difficult to speak up in meetings, and when you do, your not being heard. Or your saying yes to everything to try to show you are willing/flexible/want to progress/[fill in your reason here!] but only end up feeling stressed, under pressure and burnt out. Or you put things off because you think you may get it wrong.
Our minds are constantly active, processing and filling in the gaps. Sometimes those gaps get filled with stories or untruths, which we then convince ourselves to be truth. Sometimes these untruths are negative and we end up holding back, to our detriment. I have been here many times, so I know how this feels. Frustrating but also scary. Afraid to take the next step or not even sure what that next step should be. I have experienced the low self esteem and self belief which I have worked on with a coach. I am still a work in progress and still facing times when lack of confidence gets in my way, however because of coaching I have the tools and strategies to help me through these times.

Working with me, your focus will be on breaking free from your limiting beliefs that are holding you back. These limiting beliefs are beliefs you have been telling yourself for sometime, that are negative and they have been restricting you in your career and life. They have been holding you back. With compassion and care you will expose those limiting beliefs to help your true self show up. You will identify those stories and the untruths you tell yourself to help you work on what is actually true. This will build your confidence, boost your self esteem and kick start your self belief. You will see yourself develop in your career and work, noticing positive changes that will help you move towards your career goals.
During our sessions we will work on strategies to help you in your career and personal development. Helping you feel more confident.

- 1 to 1 coaching - Dec 2016 to present
- CPD in Mindfulness Coaching, Animas Centre for Coaching
- CPD in Group Coaching and Facilitation, Animas Centre for Coaching
Areas of coaching I deal with
- Free initial consultation
- Then a block booking of 4 x 1 hour sessions
- Total £240 per block.
How this works
- First session we discover and explore what you want to get out of your coaching sessions and the goal you want to achieve.
- Second session we delve deeper into what is holding you back from achieving what you want to achieve.
- Third session we explore your values
- Fourth session will be laser focused on any limiting beliefs.
- Further block bookings can be made if you think further work is required or perhaps the specific focus or goal has changed.
- Coaching slots are available either weekday evenings or Saturday afternoons (GMT)
- Evening slots take place via Skype only
- Other slots can be in person or via Skype depending on client requirements
