I passionately believe that we can all be happier and more positive on a daily basis. As corny as it sounds, happiness is a choice and sometimes we need to work hard to achieve it. It's all about mindset and deciding what we need to do in life to be happy and content with who we are and what we are achieving. It's so easy to just settle in life, but how sad to look back and understand that we could have been happier, or that we wasted our potential.

What holds us back and keeps us 'stuck' in a situation is not the external circumstances but how we interpret these circumstances: what we tell ourselves and the beliefs we hold which focus on not being good enough/being scared/not having the right experience/(add your own reason in!) to really go for it!

I am a member of the International Coach Federation, a certified professional coach, a master practitioner of NLP and a LAB profile practitioner.
What does this all mean to you? I have a number of tools and techniques which can be tailored to meet your individual needs. I am particularly interested in the language we use and how that impacts on our outcomes.
My clients come from a vast array of backgrounds from NHS and the pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing and small businesses to the Law and stay at home mums wanting to improve their outlook. Working with issues relating to confidence and career, business success and relationships. Clients have been amazed at the difference they see in themselves from their very first session.

Sessions are normally an hour long but the initial ignite session may be as long as 2 hours because there is a lot to cover. Sessions are £70. The number of sessions necessary varies between clients - I have had clients who just need the first session to get a bit of clarity and others who choose to come for an extended period because they are facing a number of ongoing challenges. The average number is probably around 6 sessions which will allow you to truly develop and change your self-limiting thought patterns.
I am based in Broughty Ferry, Dundee and most of my clients visit me at home. We can also work together over the phone or Skype or can meet at a mutually convenient location throughout the country. Get in touch to discuss logistics - travel costs would apply if I need to come to you.
