About me
I am an ICF-accredited coach with a background leading organisation-wide change initiatives in the third sector. I have strong values around respect, creativity and connection which underpin my coaching style.
I work with you to create the changes you want to make in your life and to live a life that is yours, whatever that looks like to you.

My strength as a coach comes from my own experiences: I spent a significant part of my life making decisions for all the wrong reasons. I made life choices to please or impress those around me. This left me unsure about what it was that I really wanted and I felt very far from ‘authentic’ in either my actions or choices. I had dreams and desires but was an expert at talking myself out of them!
I respect the potential that is inside you and your ability to make the changes you want. I will hold firm to your goals and desires even when your self-doubt creeps in or obstacles seem insurmountable.
I’ll meet you where you are, and support you to get where you want to go.
Whatever your focus, my mission is to support you to create a life that really means something to you and to support you to see past the assumptions or beliefs that limit your potential.

For those near to High Wycombe I also offer outdoor coaching sessions: coaching conversations that take place in nature.
