About me

My name is Gemma Nixon, I’m a life coach and I want to help you take control of your life and achieve your dreams.

I know myself that it’s all too easy to put up with something in your life that isn’t quite right, not exactly what you had hoped for or just makes you miserable, especially when you have work, family or caring commitments (or just life!) to contend with too. I want to help you work through the process of making those changes that will take you from ‘fine’ to ‘happy and fulfilled’.

I’m a qualified life coach and will use a range of techniques to help you identify the areas of your life you want to transform. I’ll then support, challenge and provide accountability as you make those changes.

It could be a career change, a travel dream, starting a business or making small (or large) changes to your life. Perhaps you don’t yet know what your goal is! So long as you have the motivation to work hard and put in the effort, together we can move you forward to achieving success.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a certificate and diploma in life coaching from Newcastle College and I have been coaching for more than two years.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
