Gemma Crofts - Life / Executive Coach & Master NLP Practitioner
I help professional women work through self-limiting beliefs and/or imposter syndrome for increased confidence and greater fulfilment using a broad range of coaching & NLP techniques. This includes life and executive coaching, and NLP breakthrough days to eliminate negative emotions and self-limiting beliefs.
My coaching style is personable, appropriately challenging (encouraging you out of your comfort zone), supportive and fun. I use a strengths-based approach, often focused on mindset, positive psychology and developing resilience. I also like to bring creativity into my practice, when appropriate.
What You Can Expect
Working with me you can be assured of professionalism, honesty and integrity.
I will provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for you.
I am a member of the Association for Coaching and abide by their Ethical Code of Conduct.
I have always been passionate about working with and developing people which is why I naturally fell into Human Resources circa. 18 years ago. Latterly, I specialised in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Coaching & Mentoring.
I have worked in corporate, partnership & private equity companies across various industries & countries which has enabled me to develop invaluable breadth and depth of experience of working with a diverse range of people.
Turning Goals into Reality
I always knew that I wanted to run my own business but lacked the confidence to make the leap. Due to a change in personal circumstances and finding an awesome Coach, I was able to find that confidence and to identify the steps that would help me to turn my dream into reality.
I left my HR career 2 years ago, set my own business up and have never looked back! I now spend my time working with wonderful professional women who are teetering on the edge of leaping into something exciting. I help them to find the confidence to overcome the obstacles that are preventing them from taking the leap so that they can live their lives with more meaning, purpose and fun.
My mantra is 'face the fear and do it anyway, what's the worst that can happen?!'
